(8 days/7 nights, Athens plus 4-days classical tour of Mainland Greece plus one-day cruise to Saronic Islands)

Day 1: Arrival in Athens International Airport. Meet by our representative and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day at leisure. We suggest you visit the Old Part of town, Plaka and eat at the Traditional "tavernas". Overnight.
Day 2: After breakfast, depart for your sightseeing tour of Athens. Visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Syntagma Square, the Royal Palace, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, The Thesseum, The Greek Orthodox Cathedral, the Flea market of Monastiraki, The Academy and last but not least the Acropolis and its Museum. Return to your Hotel. Overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast, begin your Classical tour of Greece. Visit the archaeological site of Mycenae and then on to Nafplion. In the afternoon drive to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus with the remarkable acoustics. Return to Nafplion, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: After breakfast, drive through Central Peloponnese passing the cities of Megalopolis and Tripolis. Arrive in Olympia. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological site and the Museum of Ancient Olympia, where the ancient Olympic games where held. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast, drive via Patras to Rion, where you cross by car-ferry to Antirion and driving through Nafpaktos, arrive in Delphi. Visit the archaeological site and see the Oracle, which the ancient Greeks consulted to learn of their future, the Temple of Apollo, the Castalia Spring. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Delphi.
Day 6: After breakfast, visit the Museum of Delphi in which, among other archaeological treasures you may admire the unique bronze Charioteer. Depart for your way back to Athens. Overnight.
Day 7: After breakfast, set sail for your Greek Island cruise! You will visit the Island of Hydra and have plenty of time at leisure to stroll shop or swim. In the early afternoon sail for the Island of Poros with a short stop there and then, passing through the narrow strip separating Poros from the Peloponnesian coast arrive to the Island of Aegina. Lunch is served after sailing. Upon arrival to Aegina you may join the excursion to the Temple of Aphaia (optional, extra cost) or walk around the main town. Re-embark and return to your hotel. Overnight:Day 8: After breakfast, meet by our representative and transfer to the airport for your departure.
